Beach Bonfires

Beach Bonfires include beach chairs, s’mores & bottle waters for up to 30 guests for 2 hours. Bonfires take place on the beach at the bottom of the Watersound Beach Club boardwalk. All bonfire requests for the boardwalk beach accesses of Coopersmith, Dunesider, and the Bridges will be serviced through ‘La Dolce Vita’, 1.866.651.1869. 

Sunset Bonfires

Two Hours

Fee: $450*

Extended Time: $50* per 30 minutes.

Includes One Attendant for Bonfire Setup and Service

Bonfires are available year-round for any 2 hour increments between 4 PM – 8 PM.
Per Walton County Sound Ordinance, all outdoor events must conclude by 10 PM.

Additional Items

Requests for additional items must be made no later than 3 PM on day of event.

*We recommend bringing flashlights as there is no existing light on the beach after sunset due to sea turtle nesting. Please be aware that glass containers are prohibited.
 

Policies:

There is a 48-hour advance notice required to schedule a bonfire. A $125++ cancellation fee will apply if the bonfire is canceled less than 24-hours in advance. If food and beverage have been contracted in conjunction with the bonfire and the bonfire is canceled less than 5 business days from the event date, the client will be responsible for 100% of the estimated food and beverage costs. WaterSound Beach Club reserves the right to cancel the event if winds are sustained at 10 mph or higher, if the forecast is more than 70% chance of rain and/or if the forecasted temperatures are lower than 50 degrees. There is no charge for bonfires canceled due to inclement weather; weather calls are made by 3 p.m. on the day of your scheduled bonfire. Bonfires with food and beverage will be moved to an alternate location.
